Each platform's status is in Settings › Platforms: the last update, the next automatic sync, and “Sync” to start again.
If your Steam profile or your PlayStation trophies are private, Weyran can't read them: make them public, then sync again.
Settings › PlatformsFirst check the address used for your account, and your password.
If you still can't get into Weyran, write to us and choose My account. Never send us your password.
Write to usGame pages are built from public sources (IGDB, Steam, PlayStation), which can be wrong.
Write to us with the topic Wrong game info: the game's name, what's wrong and, if you have it, where to find the right information.
Write to usIn Settings › Platforms, each platform has “Sync” and “Erase data”.
Erasing removes what that platform brought — its games, its playtime, its achievements or trophies — without touching the others.
Settings › PlatformsIn Settings, “Delete account” erases your account and your data, your help requests included. It's permanent.
