L'histoire

Step into the 22nd century, where the traditions of old Eastern Europe blend with cutting-edge technology. You’ve landed on a barren plot of Mars, and here begins your mission to create a cozy homestead — a living tribute to the cherished wish of Gramps Makar’s dearly beloved wife Sofia. Gramps Makar dreams of enjoying a peaceful twilight in a home filled with the enticing aromas of plum jam pancakes, tangy pickled cucumbers, and homemade moonshine. However, this idyllic vision is under threat: the free plot provided by AgroNova comes with strict harvest and food production requirements. With the corporation’s relentless ambitions and a history of grudges against Makar’s family, even your most diligent efforts may soon fall short. You are Rusty, the robotic foreman chosen by Gramps Makar to bring his dream to life. Eastern European flair, echoes of postmodernism, and the imposing architecture of bygone eras intertwine with futuristic technology. Your journey is a battle between the heartfelt desire to preserve cherished traditions and the ruthless ambitions of AgroNova, which aim to turn Mars into a profit-making machine for someone else. As you develop your Martian homestead, you will encounter neighbors—fellow participants in AgroNova’s program. With them, you might share genuine camaraderie reminiscent of an Earthly dacha or clash amid greed, envy, and oppressive tax demands. Help Gramps Makar fulfill the final wish of his beloved by creating a Martian homestead where warmth and tradition merge with automation and innovation. Embrace the challenge, for the stakes go far beyond merely meeting corporate orders — they’re about preserving the memory of what truly matters: family, culture, and the taste of real, living food.
