Story
WELCOME TO TOPTECH INDUSTRIES You've been assigned to Project M. Your workstation includes one Atomisure Portable Bioscope, one container of microbes, and one chair (non-adjustable). Your responsibilities are simple: study the samples, log your results, and send them off in the pneumatic tube system. Good work unlocks a research budget. Buy equipment like a DataMate or an Agitation Kit for the spores. Better equipment means faster results, and faster results mean a performance review your manager will be very pleased with. You may leave your cubicle during emergencies only. A NOTE FROM HR Some employees have reported that samples move when no one is looking. These reports are not accurate. Some employees have also reported messages from a colleague named Philip. Philip does not work on this floor. THE MARGOT COLLAPSE is an incremental game that starts as a lab-management sim and doesn't stay one. Your numbers will go up. Your office will change. Eventually the upgrades stop being for your equipment.
